All kicking off outside mine!!

Two patrol cars and two pandas outside now!!.
We had a group of kids walk up the road about 1 hr a go pulling out fence panels. Mine was half out and next door lost one altogether. I fixed mine down again and then a panda came screching round the corner. They have 5 teenagers up against my wall!! No idea what they have done if anything.
Always a pain over the summer hols, my roads a bit of a rat run from the park tp the playing fields!!
Going to go out there in a min ask them to turn the lights off as I wanna go abed.
